Camp Harbor View
This site was new to Courageous in 2008. The Camp Harbor View Sailing program is made possible through a partnership between Courageous and the Camp, which is a traditional summer day camp run by the City of Boston. This sailing program is part Taste-of-Sailing and part Learn-to-Sail, and has 3 sessions daily. The CHV program exclusively serves at-risk Boston youth. The program takes place on Boston Harbor's Long Island. Instructors must be willing to commute to this site. A background in working with city youth is not essential but could be very helpful. For more information on the Camp Harbor View program and Site, visit www.campharborviewfoundation.org.
